Who we are

PIXMUZE is a modeling agency for AI-generated talent. Questions about this policy or requests about your data: write to hello@pixmuze.com.

What we collect

• What you type into the contact form: your name, email address, an optional link, your message, and whether you are a creator or a brand.
• Your consent to be contacted, recorded when you tick the box.
• For abuse prevention only: a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user-agent text. We do not store your raw IP address in our database.

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

Why we use it

To read and answer your message, to evaluate applications and briefs, and to protect the form from spam. We do not sell your information.

Who processes it for us

We use service providers to run the site: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database storage) and Resend (email delivery). They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes. Data may be processed outside your country.

How long we keep it

We keep a message for as long as needed to handle it and any follow-up, then delete or anonymize it, normally within 12 months.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete what you sent by writing to hello@pixmuze.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
