This site is the official website of Valentina Krossy, an AI-generated character. This policy explains what personal data the site handles when you use it. We keep it to the minimum the features need. We do not sell personal data and we do not use advertising trackers.
Who is responsible
The site is operated by the team that represents Valentina Krossy (PIXMUZE; see its privacy policy and terms). For any privacy question or request, write to valentinakrossy.official@gmail.com.
What we collect, and why
- Visiting the site. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site. Anonymous, cookieless visit statistics may be collected (see Analytics).
- Poll votes. A random identifier is stored in a cookie so one browser counts once. We store it only as a keyed hash, together with your chosen option. Poll results are shown only as totals.
- Questions for Val. The question text and a keyed hash of your IP address are stored. If you add a name or an email address, it is included in the notification email to the site owner and is not saved in our database. Questions are deleted after 12 months unless you chose to see them answered on the site.
- Collaboration inquiries. Your name, company, email address, message and a keyed hash of your IP address are stored so we can reply. They are deleted after 12 months.
- Abuse protection. Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a visitor is not a bot. Requests are rate limited using a keyed hash of your IP address that is kept for about one hour.
We never store your raw IP address in our database.
Legal basis
We rely on a legitimate interest in running and securing the site (hosting, abuse protection, replying to questions and inquiries), and on your request when you contact us.

Both items are strictly necessary for features you use, so no cookie banner is shown. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Site administrators additionally have a sign-in session cookie on the admin pages.
Analytics
If enabled, we use Plausible Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without collecting personal data.
Who processes data for us
Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and file storage), Resend (sending email), Upstash (rate limiting), Cloudflare (Turnstile bot check) and, if enabled, Plausible (analytics) and an error-monitoring service. They process data only to provide their service to us. Some of them are located outside your country, including in the United States.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing. Email valentinakrossy.official@gmail.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Age
This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above.
